Cory Howard currently serves as the Director, US Compliance for Coinbase, as well as the Chief Compliance Officer & BSA/AML Officer for Coinbase, Inc., Coinbase Custody Trust Company, and Coinbase Credit, Inc.  Previously, Cory held investigations, operations, and governance roles for Coinbase’s Global Financial Crimes program. Cory has over a decade of legal and compliance experience, serving in operational, governance, and financial crimes leadership roles at both traditional financial institutions and FinTech companies, including BB&T and Robinhood, prior to joining Coinbase in 2021.  Cory holds a J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law.
