Emma Lindley MBE is an award-winning senior executive and internationally recognised thought leader in fraud, payments, and digital identity. Awarded an MBE in 2022 for services to digital identity, she has over two decades of experience across financial services, e-commerce, gambling, airlines, and government. She has held leadership roles at Visa, Cybersource, GBG, and Cifas, and co-founded two successful businesses through to exit.

Emma’s expertise spans the entire fraud and identity lifecycle from account opening and KYC to payments and transaction monitoring. It includes deep knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, biometrics, encryption, and distributed ledger. A trusted advisor to the UK and US governments, she regularly delivers keynote speeches at global events including Money2020, Sibos, and the Merchant Risk Council.
