Over his 19 years he has built up a formidable track record in executive leadership and brings deep expertise in data/AI strategy, governance and innovation paired with an uncommon ability to translate complex technology trends into boardroom-relevant insights and outcomes. Gladwin has built several national Analytics Centres of Excellence in APAC, led major data transformations across financial services, insurance, utilities and higher education. Previously, as the New Zealand National leader for 2 Big 4’s risk and fraud analytics teams, his teams have gone from hunting down millions in fraud, uplifting FATCA / AML data programs to materially reducing costs and uplifting revenue for his clients.

Gladwin is equally passionate about giving back to the next generation and contributed to over 90 forums such as APEC, APAC CDAO/CISO Conferences and leading Australian / New Zealand Universities to date. As a regular contributor to university roundtables and industry-academic panels, he plays a vital role in shaping curricula that are relevant, future-focused and industry-aligned.
