Kevin Andy is an Information Management Officer in INTERPOL’s Cyber Strategy & Capabilities Development Sub-Directorate. He develops cybercrime capabilities for international law enforcement, manages secure platforms for cross-border operations, and advances the strategic growth of INTERPOL’s Cybercrime Directorate. Kevin also designs and delivers cybercrime training, leads executive tabletop exercises, and supports learning initiatives through the INTERPOL Global Academy. Kevin has been with INTERPOL for nearly nine years, including more than six years in the Cybercrime Directorate, having previously served as an Operations Specialist at the INTERPOL Command and Coordination Centre. Bringing over two decades of total professional experience to the table, his foundational 15 years prior to joining the organization encompass law enforcement, digital investigations, and IT forensics, complemented by specialized cybersecurity expertise within the banking sector. Kevin is a Member of the British Computer Society (MBCS) and holds an MSc in Enterprise Security & Digital Forensics from the University of Technology, Mauritius. He is currently working toward a Doctor of Business Administration, focusing his research on how emerging AI technologies can strengthen institutional memory and support resilient, evidence-based global policing capabilities.
