I help organisations mitigate fraud loss, protecting profitable growth and reducing risk. In particular, I work with insurers, MGAs, brokers and technology companies to enhance capability and also support investors such as private equity in understanding opportunities in the counter fraud market.

My underlying belief is to ‘stop bad guys from stealing stuff’. Or, a little more formally, prevent financial loss from fraud while protecting the interests of genuine customers and the organisation.

With over three decades of experience in tackling fraud in all forms and more than 20 years of specific experience in the insurance financial services industry, I’m highly regarded as an experienced and knowledgeable counter-fraud professional committed to providing organisations with independent and trusted advice on reducing the economic cost of fraud.

I use a collaborative approach, leveraging my knowledge, network and leadership skills to support client improvements. I believe in pushing boundaries in using data, automation, and digital capabilities, but also in driving performance through crucial human aspects of people leadership and investigative skills.
