Megan Heald is a seasoned product and technology leader with more than 19 years of experience building and scaling solutions that combat financial crime, operational risk, and fraud across global markets. At NICE Actimize, she leads product strategy for the Enterprise Fraud Management (EFM) platform,  a core component of the company’s AI-driven, real-time fraud and risk detection portfolio used by major financial institutions worldwide.

In this role, she drives the roadmap for enterprise-grade fraud capabilities, championing innovations that enable organisations to detect, analyse, and prevent complex fraud at scale. With a background spanning technical, architectural, and product leadership, she brings deep domain expertise in deploying and optimising fraud, risk, and compliance platforms for global banks and financial services firms.
