Oliver Ludlow is Manager of Solution Consulting for the Americas and EMEA at Outseer, where he leads a team of solution consultants and works closely with financial institutions to address complex fraud, authentication and payments challenges. 

Oliver brings a combination of technical expertise and practical experience helping organizations navigate evolving fraud risks and customer expectations. Since joining Outseer in 2022, he has held senior fraud solutions and advisory roles, supporting strategic customer engagements and helping financial institutions evaluate and implement approaches across fraud prevention and 3-D Secure authentication. 

Prior to Outseer, Oliver held senior solution consulting and technical sales roles at FIS and Worldpay, working with major strategic clients across ecommerce, retail, omnichannel payments and financial services. 

His experience gives him a broad perspective on how fraud, authentication and payments increasingly intersect, and how financial institutions can connect technology, intelligence and customer experience to respond to a rapidly changing threat landscape.
