Olivier Beaudet-Labrecque
Olivier Beaudet-Labrecque is a professor and dean at the Institute of Economic Crime Investigation, a public research and higher education institution in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. He is also the co-founder of ForenSwiss, a Swiss company specializing in the use of generative artificial intelligence to combat online fraud.
His teaching and applied research focus primarily on cybercrime, online fraud, and money laundering. He has led significant fieldwork in West Africa, where he and his team met with numerous cybercriminals and collaborated with local authorities. Olivier regularly serves as a training expert on issues related to cybercrime, online fraud, and money laundering for various international organizations—including the Council of Europe, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), and multiple EU-funded initiatives—providing capacity-building programs for law enforcement agencies abroad.
