Pete is Principal Service Designer and Behaviour Science Consultant at Roll and Flow Design, a consultancy helping banks, FinTechs and non-profits prevent fraud, boost customers’ financial health, and grow long-lasting customer loyalty.

As an accredited Behaviour Science expert Pete has delved deep into why people get scammed. Using cutting-edge behaviour techniques during payments, from TikToks to Chatbots, he influences people in peril and spoils scammers’ plans. Through 14 years in CX and Design in financial services Pete has also kept folks out of financial stress, delighted house buyers, made tech governance slicker and sped up help for people with dementia.

Drawing on his experiences Pete writes and speaks about Fraud and Design, coaches and mentors designers and is an accredited trainer.
