Across Monzo, Revolut, Aldermore & Worldpay, Rich has built and led high-performing teams across rapidly evolving, hyper-growth and highly regulated environments.  Rich has been responsible for setting strategic direction through a proactive, customer-centric and technology-enabled approach - delivering scalable, multifaceted solutions that balance effective risk management with a trust-building customer experience, while managing operational cost. 

Most recently, Rich was the Director of Fraud & Disputes Risk at Monzo with executive decision-making responsibility as a Material Risk Taker.  During his time at Monzo, he built and scaled the Fraud & Disputes Group as Monzo grew from 5m to 15m customers, during a period of significant regulatory change.  He is recognised as a leading industry voice and keynote speaker, regularly sharing perspectives on Fraud & FinCrime, and advocating for the industry.
