Dr. Shamir Rajadurai is a Crime Prevention Specialist and PhD holder in Criminology with hands-on experience working at the grassroots level of crime. His field exposure provides him with rare insight into the mindset, motivations, and decision-making patterns of offenders allowing him to analyse crime from the “criminal’s point of view”.

This unique perspective enables him to help corporations, financial institutions and government agencies understand how fraudsters think, identify systemic vulnerabilities, and
strengthen their defenses before exploitation occurs. Rather than reacting to crime, Shamir focuses on anticipating it and translating it into practical prevention strategies that
close gaps criminals look for.

He specialises in Fraud Prevention, CPTED, and Crime Prevention helping organisations move from compliance to true resilience.
