Thomas is an Industry Fraud Consultant and Advisor supporting the financial services industry providing domain expertise focused on payments and identity fraud. He has 30+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry covering all aspects of fraud and overseeing key lines of business (card products, checking and deposits, wire, ach, online and mobile).
Prior to joining SAS, Tom was part of the Enterprise Fraud and Control Team at Bank of America and was responsible for mitigating and forecasting losses, improving customer experience through industry benchmarking, product assessments and integration, operational efficiency and strategy design, development, and deployment.
