Thomas Nadratowski is a global financial crime, governance, and transformation leader serving as Managing Director and Chief Auditor for Global Financial Crimes at Citi, with extensive experience across financial crime risk, regulatory strategy, technology, and enterprise transformation.
With more than 25 years in financial services, his experience spans front-line business, compliance, investigations, risk management, model governance, and internal audit. He currently leads global coverage of financial crime risk across more than 90 jurisdictions and regularly engages with senior executives, board committees, and regulators on governance, emerging risk, operational resilience, and financial crime transformation.
Thomas works at the intersection of financial crime, artificial intelligence, and enterprise governance, with a focus on AI and model governance, transaction monitoring transformation, sanctions risk, real-time payments, cyber-enabled fraud, operational scalability, and intelligence-led operating models.
He has led major initiatives supporting the successful closure of two public AML consent orders and is an active contributor to industry dialogue on AI governance, financial crime transformation, scalable control frameworks, and the future of financial crime risk management.
