Thomas Van Maele is co-founder and CEO of Harmoney, the European compliance orchestration platform he founded in 2016. Under his leadership, Harmoney has grown into a trusted partner for over 60 regulated institutions across Europe, helping them orchestrate KYC, KYB and AML workflows with full auditability and operational efficiency.
Before Harmoney, Thomas was a partner at Econopolis, where he co-founded the private equity arm and managed investments in Belgian SMEs. He started his career at KPMG Corporate Finance, advising on M&A and strategic financing.

Thomas holds two Master's degrees from Ghent University and completed the Executive Program at Singularity University in Silicon Valley.
