For complimentary Delegate Passes, the registration process may include consent for your professional contact information to be shared with selected event sponsors. Information shared may include your name, job title, company name, business email address, telephone number and relevant professional interests or areas of responsibility. 

Selected event sponsors may use this information to contact you about relevant products and services and will process information they receive in accordance with their own privacy policies. 

Where third parties process personal information on our behalf, we require appropriate data protection arrangements to be in place. 

We do not sell your personal data. 

 

7. Event Networking and Sponsor Introductions 

Transform Finance events are designed to facilitate professional networking and relevant industry connections. 

As part of a complimentary Delegate Pass, delegates may be required to participate in up to three short introductory meetings, typically approximately 10 minutes each, with relevant technology partners. 

We may use information provided during registration - including your organisation, role, professional interests, areas of responsibility and technology priorities - to help identify relevant introductions. 

Where possible, introductions are selected based on relevance to the information you provide and are intended to create useful professional connections between delegates and event partners. 

As disclosed and consented to during registration, professional contact information may also be shared with selected event sponsors for relevant follow-up after the Event.
